Itinerary terms

These terms apply to the focused itinerary builder, including trip workspaces, maps, saved stops, public itinerary links, subscriptions, and support flows.
The itinerary builder is part of SkillTrees & RoadMaps, maintained by Bimsara Jayalath. It helps you plan trips, organize stops, save private itineraries, and optionally publish shareable itinerary pages.
By using this itinerary extension, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly, including when adding locations, descriptions, links, schedules, or public trip information.
You keep ownership of the itinerary content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, display, sync, and publish that content only as needed to operate the itinerary features you use.
You are responsible for the accuracy, safety, legality, and privacy impact of the itinerary content you create or publish.
Publishing creates a public snapshot that can be viewed by anyone with the link. Updates may not appear instantly for every viewer because public pages and viewer devices may cache content for performance and reliability.
Do not publish sensitive travel plans, private addresses, personal contact details, or location information about others unless you have the right and consent to share it.
The itinerary builder is a planning tool, not a travel, safety, legal, or navigation authority. Map locations, directions, opening hours, travel times, and third-party place information can be incomplete or change without notice.
You are responsible for confirming reservations, route safety, entry requirements, local laws, accessibility needs, weather, and other real-world travel details before relying on an itinerary.
Signed-in users can save and sync account-linked itineraries. Cloud saves, public publishing, and related functionality may be subject to role-based usage limits or paid entitlements shared with other S&R features.
Subscriptions and checkout, where available, are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Billing management, cancellation, restore purchase, and refund handling follow the applicable product and payment-provider terms.
The itinerary builder is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free sync, perfect map accuracy, or suitability for a specific trip.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for travel losses, missed reservations, safety incidents, third-party service failures, or decisions made based on itinerary content.
