Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and paid features of SkillTrees & RoadMaps. It supplements our Terms of Use.
Subscription access may include eligibility to submit templates for review, but payment does not guarantee approval, listing, continued listing, discoverability, or traffic for any template.
2. Trial and Current Availability
If a plan is labeled "Coming Soon" or no checkout has been completed, no charge is made and no refund process is needed.
3. Monthly Subscription Refunds
For monthly subscriptions, refund requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase date. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Renewals are generally non-refundable once a new billing cycle starts, except where required by applicable law.
4. Annual Subscription Refunds
If annual billing is introduced, refund requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days of the initial annual purchase date unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are typically non-refundable:
- Partial-month usage after the refund window closes.
- Promotional, discounted, or one-time credits unless required by law.
- Fees charged by third-party payment processors, where non-recoverable.
- Template review outcomes (including rejection, delisting, or resubmission-required states).
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and your paid access continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
For Lemon Squeezy subscriptions, cancellation and resume actions are managed through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (available from in-app account settings).
7. How to Request a Refund
Send your request to pramoddhhalo@gmail.com with:
- Your account email address.
- Purchase date and amount.
- Payment provider and transaction reference (if available).
We typically review requests within 3-5 business days.
Refund processing timelines can also depend on Lemon Squeezy and your card issuer/bank.
8. Purchase Restore and Account Matching
If a paid purchase is not immediately linked to your account, you may use the in-app Restore Purchase action. Restore requires sign-in and matches purchase metadata to your currently signed-in verified account email.
We may deny restore requests where account ownership cannot be reasonably verified, where email records do not match, or where payment metadata is incomplete or unavailable from our processor.
9. Chargebacks and Abuse
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, we may temporarily limit account features while the dispute is reviewed.
10. Payment Processor
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, a third-party provider. We do not directly store full payment card details.
We are not responsible for independent actions by Lemon Squeezy or financial institutions, including payment authorization decisions, payout timing, or processor outages.
11. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
12. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
